Ferrule Cleaner for SC,FC and ST Fibre Connectors

The Ultimode F250 is a tool designed for cleaning fibre optic connectors. Its design allows cleaning of both sockets and connectors.

It cleans the fibre-optic ports of meters and active devices, the fibre-optic connectors of pigtails plugged into the panel to the adapter without having to remove them, and with the use of a special tip it allows the cleaning of connectors on connecting cables. At the same time, the easy cleaning operation ensures consistent high quality. Cleaning is carried out dry, without the use of alcohol.

The length of the cleaning blade can be adjusted allowing access to hard-to-reach joints.

A supply of cleaning tape/cord allows approximately 750 cleaning cycles. Once it is used up, a new machine must be purchased.

The device is available in two versions: for connectors with a ferrule diameter of 2.5 mm (L59171) and with a diameter of 1.25.mm (L59172).

The machine cleans both straight (PC, UPC) and angled (APC) connectors.

One cartridge allows for about 750 cleanings.
