Alarmtec BP 7-12 12V 7aH VRLA Battery

Alarmtec BP 7-12 is a maintenance-free valve-regulated lead-acid battery (VRLA). It is hermetically sealed; the gases released during the charging process recombine to form water, which eliminates the need for its regular addition. The battery uses AGM (Absorbed Glass Metal) technology, where the electrolyte is absorbed in highly porous fiber glass separators placed between the plates.The absence of a liquid electrolyte allows it to work in any position. A low internal resistance enables a higher voltage and longer operating time.

The battery can be used for buffer duty (charging voltage at 25oC: 13.65 ± 0.15 VDC) and as a power supply for portable devices, recharged at regular intervals (charging voltage at 25oC: 14.7 ± 0.3 VDC).

  • VRLA battery - maintenance free, does not require the addition of water or electrolyte,
  • can work in any position,
  • designed lifetime of 3 - 5 years (at 20oC according to Eurobat)
  • small size,
  • slow self-discharge.
