Maintenance-free AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) battery.

This battery is commonly used in UPS backup power supplies.

It is often covered with shrinkwrap pvc alternative lead out and plug, however if the shrink wrap is removed the spade connectors are visible and it is simply a matter of swapping the leads.
